It has been really wet these last days. Almost every day has rained, so we have not done really anything at all. Just the usually walks and so. 14. day I came home a little earlier and took some photos of my gerbils. Usually its so dark when I get home that I don´t even bother to try to take any photos inside or out. This time I got few good shots of Aramis. He is the easiest to take pictures of as he is the bravest and the tamest. Porthos is the hardest as he is so very quick and dark. Here are some of the best shots that I got of them. =)

Today Keni and I went on a quick visit to my sister. Once we were at my sisters place, we took her dog Bubi with us and went to a sandpit. There I and my sister let our dos of the leash. Bubi is a little afraid of other dogs. Keni behaved very well and didin´t bother Bubi much. Keni was happy to go and explore a new place. Once Keni tried to get Bubi to play with him. Bubi didn´d dare to play with him. After that Keni just went back to exploring. Keni is a wonderful dog and I love him so much. ^_^ The visit went very well. Sadly I soon had to come back home with my brother. Hopefully we will see Bubi soon again.

At 10.11. I, Keni, mom, dad and Papu went to Kukkakjoki to put some bird food for birds and to let the dogs run free there. Kukkasjoki is a river that is close to were we live. the pathway to the birds feeding place was quite wet. The snow has already melted away so every place is wet. Keni and Papu were happy to get to run around freely. Mom and I tried to take some pictures of them, but as it was already quite dark we didn´t get many good pictures at all. I did take few videos of Keni and Papu playing and running. All the pictures of this update are from the Kukkasjoki. Here are two of the videos that I took.
Yesterday I had a free day from school. I and mom and the kids she was taking care of went to the Rakokivi to shop a little. Keni and Papu came with us too. I pushed the baby carriage and walked Keni. Keni walked very well and nicely along the carriage. He didn´t pull on his leash at all, while he was on short leash. On the long leash on the other hand he did pull a little... -_- Our trip went quite well. I got a new camera Canon 7D from my uncle, thanks Kimmo. ^_^ We had the camera with us and tryed to take few photos with it. Hopefully I will learn fast how to take good photos with it so that I can put better photos here too.

At 9.11. I decided to brush Keni and trim his paws a little. I would like to wash Keni and trim him completely, but I will not do so now. We will go to Match Show at 6.12. so I will wash and trim Keni there. Keni was a good boy while I was working on him. Here are before and after pictures of Keni.
The night went well. We all fell a sleep in five minutes last night. Keni slept on the floor beside the girl and the cats slept beside me on the bed. At morning we went to a walk. The girl walked Keni all the way and as usually it went very well. At 11 a.m. we left to visit my sister. Keni came with us. Once we were there, my sister was outside waiting for us and she had their newest family member with her. Here is a photo of the new member:
His name is Bubi. =D
Bubi is a skyenterrier. He is five month old. Keni was really happy and would have liked nothing better than to play with his new friend. Sadly Bubi was not as happy to see Keni. He even growled to Keni a few times. Keni didn´t care about that, he just wanted to play. Bubi came to meet humans but didn´t want to get close Keni. He was a little afraid of Keni. Inside Bubi got enough courage to smell Keni´s feet a little.

Bubi is quite a handsome little dog. He is very charming too. For a puppy he is quite calm. Most of the time he just laid on someones feet. Hopefully he will get used to Keni and even play with him some day. I would have liked to stay there and get to know this little dog better. Hopefully we will see them soon again.
The snow melted away already... Now it has rained and its wet outside... I want snow back. I really hope that the Winter will came fast. Oh, well. Some time ago I promised to put some pictures of what I bought from my shopping trip. Here they are:

At 3. November my sister´s daughter came to visit me for one day and night. Keni was very happy to see her. Keni whirled around her feet, licked her and even jumped a little. Fortunately he didn´t make her fall. Finally Keni calmed down. We all went on a walk. The walk went well as usually. When we got home I had to dry Keni´s paws as they were all wet. After that I and the girl watched a movie. Keni was lying on our feet and the cats were on our laps. Te next day we would take the girl back to her home and see their new family member. =D
At 30. November Keni and I went to Rakokivi to shop with my mom, a girl that my mom is taking care of, and Papu. We harnessed Keni to pull our cart. The kid got to sit on the cart and we were off. Keni is already really good at pulling the cart. Even quite a steep hill went easily. I tried getting Keni to pull the cart when he was of the leash. That too went well. Keni listened to my every command and did what I told him to do. Keni is the best dog for me. I love him so much. ^_^

A little bit before the S-Market, we changed Papu to pull the cart and Keni got to walk on the leash. Papu too is very good at this job. I went to S_Market and bought some treas for us humans to eat later. After that we went to the pet shop Koodi. I took Keni inside with me. Keni would have liked to taste every bone and treat that there was. I bought Keni two raw bones, a bone for Papu and raw meat for my brother´s cats. I like this pet shop really much. They have many things for pets and their prices are quite low.

On our way back home, Papu pulled the cart first and then it was Keni´s turn. They both did very well. Papu was a little difficult on the leash. He kept pulling and trying to go past me and Keni. Finally we got home.
We got our first snow this year at 26. day, and guess what? That same
snow is still on the ground! Jes! I really hope that it won´t melt
away. Though it propably will melt... Oh well, Ican always hope it
won´t. =) That same day I went out to take some pictures of Keni in the

At 27. day I went shopping to Lahti with
my older brother. We went to shops like Horze, Karisma`s Musti and Mirri
and Kärkkäinen. I bought new straps for my riding spurs, winter riding gloves, leather oil to oil my riding boots, and treats for my gerbils. Later I`ll put some photos of my purchases. After I have taken them. =D The straps were really necessary purchase, as my older ones were already quite weared. Sadly the winter riding gloves aren`t very good. I tried them when I was walking Keni and my fingers were cold...
When I got home from my shopping trip, I went to the field with Keni, Papu and my dad. At the field we let our dogs free to play. We took camera wiht us and I took some photos of Keni and Papu playing. Sadly they aren`t very good as it was quite dark already. Dad took some video of dogs running after the stones that I had thrown for them. When you watch the video do put the sound low as I am quite noisy on it. =D

At 28. day I went walking to horse stable with Keni, Papu and my mom. There are no photos of that trip as we left camera back home. =( Our trip went well. The dogs were of the leash almost all the way to the horse stable. The dogs seemed very happy about that. =) At the stable we left dogs at my fathers car and went to see the stable. Mom helped me to get Erkko (the horse I got for riding) from his bar. Mom told me that she was a little nervous when close to the horses.
Yesterday was quite calm day. The school started again and Keni had to stay at home. At evening I and Keni went to the long walk with Mom and Papu. Today I have had a free day from school. Let see what happens today. ;)
Today was the first frosty morning this Fall, jes! Hopefully Winter will came soon. I love winter.... And so does Keni.
Yesterday evening we came home from my sister. Today Keni had to stay at home while I was shopping at Lahti. When I got home we didn´t do anything really. A little a go we came back inside. We were on a long evening walk with Mom and Papu. The dogs were really happy to see each other after such a long time. =) Sadly we couldn´t let them free to play as it is very dark already. Next time then. =)
Yesterday, when we still were at my sister, the kids got try agility again. They were really good at making the track and directing Keni. It was really something to see. They all were so happy and full of life. =) I took some photos of them, here you go. Hope you enjoy! =)
Here we are still. We have been visiting my sister for three days already. Tomorrow we will go back home. I have had it very easy. These days I haven´t "had to" take Keni for his morning walk. Since my sister and her kids have done that for me. Nice! =) Still it´s nice to walk him myself too. Sister´s kids have been really happy to take Keni on to the walks with them. They are very good at it. I can easily trust Keni with them. I thank them all. =)
At Sunday morning I woke up quiet late. It was already after ten. When I was going to take Keni out with me, I got to here that my sister and her daughter had already done that. I was very happy. =) Nothing interesting happened all day long. At evening I took Keni to the walk with me and my sisters boys. All of us had reflector vest so that we would be easier seen at the dark. The older boy didin´t want to use it but did yse it finally. At the walk we made a test. I asked the younger boy to take of his west and stay put while we went a litlle farther. I asked the older one if he could see his brother. He couldn´t, not even with a torch. I asked the younger one to put the vest back on and repeat my question. Now he saw his brother with the torch. We tryed this the other way too. Now the boys really know why they should use these reflector vest.
Keni also has a reflectos vest. I think it would be good if all the other owners would use these vest on their dogs too. The dogs are more visible with them on. If Keni doesn´t have his vest on, you can´t really see him at all then.
Yesterday mornig and today too my sister´s older boy took Keni on his morning walk. Later that day I went to the shop with Keni and sister´s daughter and younger boy. The girl walkd Keni all the way there and bakc again. On our way back home, we stopped for a while to throw a ball to Keni. The kids threw the ball too. For the firs time Keni brought the ball back to them to their hands. Before Keni has always put the ball to their feet.

Today the first time I took Knei on a walk was at the evening half past six. At the morning the oldest boy took Keni out and at daytime the daughter took Keni on a walk with her friend. When they were coming back, I was outside with the boys. We were throwing the ball to each other. I decided to make a "agility track". So I made three fence and showed them how to steer Keni on them. They got to try it too. They did very well. Both of tmen got Keni to go where they wanted him to go. =) Later when I was on my walk with Keni we saw few dogs. We passed the two of them quiet well but the third was harder. The thirs dog was on courtyard and came to the gate to bark to Keni. Keni of course answered him. Iwas on the phone at the same time. Somehow we got pass the place. Sadly I hurt my sole somehow. Now it hurt a litlle...
