Snow!

We got our first snow this year at 26. day, and guess what? That same snow is still on the ground! Jes! I really hope that it won´t melt away. Though it propably will melt... Oh well, Ican always hope it won´t. =) That same day I went out to take some pictures of Keni in the snow view. Here are some of the photos. Enjoy. =)

At 27. day I went shopping to Lahti with my older brother. We went to shops like Horze, Karisma`s Musti and Mirri and Kärkkäinen. I bought new straps for my riding spurs, winter riding gloves, leather oil to oil my riding boots, and treats for my gerbils. Later I`ll put some photos of my purchases. After I have taken them. =D The straps were really necessary purchase, as my older ones were already quite weared. Sadly the winter riding gloves aren`t very good. I tried them when I was walking Keni and my fingers were cold...

When I got home from my shopping trip, I went to the field with Keni, Papu and my dad. At the field we let our dogs free to play. We took camera wiht us and I took some photos of Keni and Papu playing. Sadly they aren`t very good as it was quite dark already. Dad took some video of dogs running after the stones that I had thrown for them. When you watch the video do put the sound low as I am quite noisy on it. =D

At 28. day I went walking to horse stable with Keni, Papu and my mom. There are no photos of that trip as we left camera back home. =( Our trip went well. The dogs were of the leash almost all the way to the horse stable. The dogs seemed  very happy about that. =) At the stable we left dogs at my fathers car and went to see the stable. Mom helped me to get Erkko (the horse I got for riding) from his bar. Mom told me that she was a little nervous when close to the horses.

Yesterday was quite calm day.  The school started again and Keni had to stay at home. At evening I and Keni went to the long walk with Mom and Papu. Today I have had a free day from school. Let see what happens today. ;)

Frosty morning!

Today was the first frosty morning this Fall, jes! Hopefully Winter will came soon. I love winter.... And so does Keni.

Yesterday evening we came home from my sister. Today Keni had to stay at home while I was shopping at Lahti. When I got home we didn´t do anything really. A little a go we came back inside. We were on  a long evening walk with Mom and Papu. The dogs were really happy to see each other after such a long time. =) Sadly we couldn´t let them free to play as it is very dark already. Next time then. =)

Yesterday, when we still were at my sister, the kids got try agility again. They were really good at making the track and directing Keni. It was really something to see. They all were so happy and full of life. =) I took some photos of them, here you go. Hope you enjoy! =)

Walks, playing, agility....

Here we are still. We have been visiting my sister for three days already. Tomorrow we will go back home. I have had it very easy. These days I haven´t "had to" take Keni for his morning walk. Since my sister and her kids have done that for me. Nice! =)  Still it´s nice to walk him myself too. Sister´s kids have been really happy to take Keni on to the walks with them. They are very good at it. I can easily trust Keni with them. I thank them all. =)

At Sunday morning I woke up quiet late. It was already after ten. When I was going to take Keni out with me, I got to here that my sister and her daughter had already done that. I was very happy. =) Nothing interesting happened all day long. At evening I took Keni to the walk with me and my sisters boys. All of us had reflector vest so that we would be easier seen at the dark. The older boy didin´t want to use it but did yse it finally. At the walk we made a test. I asked the younger boy to take of his west and stay put while we went a litlle farther. I asked the older one if he could see his brother. He couldn´t, not even with a torch. I asked the younger one to put the vest back on and repeat my question. Now he saw his brother with the torch. We tryed this the other way too. Now the boys really know why they should use these reflector vest.

Keni also has a reflectos vest. I think it would be good if all the other owners would use these vest on their dogs too. The dogs are more visible with them on. If Keni doesn´t have his vest on, you can´t really see him at all then.

Yesterday mornig and today too my sister´s older boy took Keni on his morning walk. Later that day I went to the shop with Keni and sister´s daughter and younger boy. The girl walkd Keni all the way there and bakc again. On our way back home, we stopped for a while to throw a ball to Keni. The kids threw the ball too. For the firs time Keni brought the ball back to them to their hands. Before Keni has always put the ball to their feet.

Today the first time I took Knei on a walk was at the evening half past six. At the morning the oldest boy took Keni out and at daytime the daughter took Keni on a walk with her friend. When they were coming back, I was outside with the boys. We were  throwing the ball to each other. I decided to make a "agility track". So I made three fence and showed them how to steer Keni on them. They got to try it too. They did very well. Both of tmen got Keni to go where they wanted him to go.  =) Later when I was on my walk with Keni we saw few dogs. We passed the two of them quiet well but the third was harder. The thirs dog was on courtyard and came to the gate to bark to Keni. Keni of course answered him. Iwas on the phone at the same time. Somehow we got pass the place. Sadly I hurt my sole somehow. Now it hurt a litlle...

Today Keni came to school with me. =) Today I had school for three hour. We went to Lahti on a bus. It was Keni`s second time on a bus. He behaved really well. When we were at Lhti we wento to market place. Keni charmed few of the people there. At school Keni was on a leash at first. After a while my teacher asked me if I could let Keni free to roam the class. I let Keni free from the leash. Keni was very charming to all the peaople on my class. Keni escpesially charmed my teacher. When we were ready to leave the school Keni was happy to go. Keni went directly to my dad`s car when he saw it. I didn´t immediately let him in the car. First I took a picture of him in front of my school. After that He got to go to car. Keni was very pleased to be on the car. =)

Now we are at my sister. Right now Keni is on the walk with my sister and brother. We are going to stay here at least to Tuesday. Maybe even longer. Until the next time. =)

A week went without me updating my blog at all... Sorry.

I tried to take a art picture... =)

Today exceptionally Keni got to take a stick inside with him. I usually don´t let him do that, but today I just couldn´t order him to leave it outside. Keni doesn´t have many opportunities to shew sticks even outside. When we are on a walk, we don´t stay put that long. Keni was really happy when we got home and he still had his stick! =) Now there is a somewhat shewed stick and splinters all over floor. =D

7.10. I took Keni´s bed out of the closet and put it on the floor. The bed hasn´t been on use because Ilpo had a little habit of using it as his toilet. Keni Went to lie on the bed as soon as it was on the floor. Sometime later I look over Keni and saw Indi beside Keni on the bed. =) The next time I looked over Indi had left but Ilpo had come to lie on the bed with Keni. =) I was really happy to see them lying peacefully beside each other. The bed was on the floor for few days. Then Ilpo pissed on it again... =( I really don´t understand that cat at all... =(

Last Sunday we went to visit my sister at Tuusula. Keni came with us but Papu had to stay at home. Keni was at home at once at my sister´s home. =) My sister´s girl went on a walkk with Keni by herself. She is 10 year old. Their walk went really well. My sister´s kids made Keni to do tricks, played with him and just were with him. next week I am going there to visit for a bit longer... =)

Nothing else has really happened. I will try to update once more this week. Have a nice Autumn! =D

Hello! I have decided not to wrote my earlier text from my other blog. Instead I will write what has happened recently. If you want you can go and see my earlier texts and updates from http://ilpokeni.blogspot.fi/ . There are some videos of Keni too. =)

Today was such a nice weather that I decided to go out and take few pictures of my pets. First I took Keni out. I found a nice place to take the pictures. There were beautiful yellow maple leafs on the ground. Keni posed faithfully and long while I used the camera. When I was done taking Kenis pictures, I let him search for the treats that I had tossed to the ground.

When all that was done, I went to get Papu out on walk with us. My mom and dad had gone to take pictures of wild birds, and I had promised to walk Papu for them. Papu and Keni behaved very well on our little walk. I decided to take some pictures of Papu too. Papu wasn´t very happy to pose for me, but did it still. I got a few good shot of him. I saw my mom when I went to bring Papu home. I asked mom if we could go together and let Keni and Papu run free on a field we knew. Mom agreed. So we went and let the dogs loose from the leashes. Keni and Papu were really happy to be able to run and play. They haven´t been able to do so because Papu´s leg was injured. I took pictures of them running and playing. Hopefully at least some of the pictures turn out well. The pictures are on my mom´s computer as they were taken by her camera. I get them tomorrow and will post them here.

After Keni and Papu were done playing we started our way home. We had quiet calm dogs on leashes. Neither of them pulled on the leash. =) At home I left Keni indoors and took Ilpo out with me. I took some pictures of Ilpo at the same place as before. I even took of Ilpo´s harness to get better pictures. I was a little worried that Ilpo may startle and run away. Thankfully that didn´t happen. After I was done, I took Ilpo back indoors and took Indi with me. Indi wasn´t at all happy to be outside. She wasn´t easy to photograph. She turned her head away most of the time. Still. I did get few good pictures of her. When I came indoors with her she was pleased.
